Many people associate therapeutic massage with intense pressure and discomfort, but deeper isn't always better. In fact, excessively aggressive massage can sometimes increase inflammation, muscle guarding, and tissue irritation.
Our approach focuses on achieving lasting results through skilled assessment and targeted techniques rather than relying on constant deep pressure.
